Certainly the best George solo album. ;)

It seems the list of ringtone songs is missing "Here Comes the Sun," which would make a good one.

Are there good solo albums other than Plastic Ono Band and All Things Must Pass? Remembering of course that George was the best Beatle.

And this is news? Shouldn't it be on page 2 or something.

Beatles = yawn squared

I think that most of people who pay for ringtones are mostly young people unaware they get screwed.

Fixed. ;)

- Get Info on a song, set a Start - End range in the song for the part you want as a ringtone
- Set the exporter to AAC
- Right-Click : "Create AAC Version"
- Right-Click the new 30 second song - "Show in Finder".
- Copy it to desktop
- Delete if from iTunes and from the disk (not your copy on the desktop).
- Get Info on the original song, remove the Start and End range.

Go to the desktop and :

- Rename the 30 second song, changing its extension from m4a to m4r.
- Import into iTunes.

Congratulations on your free ringtone.

I love you.

Sure. Cloud Nine is very good, even though slickly produced. And I do like Brainwashed a lot. For John, POB (a minimalist masterpiece) is the best but Imagine is also terrific as well as more generally accessible. With Paul the situation is murkier because of the whole Wings thing, but Band on the Run is an excellent album in the Beatles tradition. Of his later solo efforts I like Flowers in the Dirt, but it's too bad he lost his rock 'n roll roots. 1973's Ringo is a nice quirky album but obviously Ringo had a lot of help.

I like "Flowers in the Dirt" by Paul, but I don't that is a consensus... Band on the Run should be good, although I only know the singles from that.
