I'm in Montreal, but I preordered through Fido.ca. My UPS status said "Delivered" since yesterday. I just passed by the store to get more info and the guy told me he had the phones there but couldn't do anything until tomorrow.
Only issue is that he said he doesn't have any Nano-SIMs yet, said he will hopefully get them tomorrow morning....I HOPE SO!!!!!

I'm in North Vancouver and mine says tomorrow END OF DAY!! ohh well lol!
Also did anyone like me pull the pin early and activate the nano sim today for fear of horrible wait times tomorrow? I could adapt it and get my 4S going again but I just said **** it, 24hrs without a phone will make me appreciate the 5 all the more lol!

Just got off the phone with Apple .. They said I'm not getting it delivered until Sept 25th .... She said that a lot of people in Canada are not getting it until then. My account at Apple now shows a delivery date of Sept 25th. UPS track just shows the shipping label being created on Sept 17th; no info on where it is in UPS.
Not very happy. Order was confirmed by Apple at 3:17 EDT 17 minutes after they went on sale.
What gives Apple .. someone dropped the ball here

Apple.ca within the first 10 minutes of it going live on the phone app, no idea when it was charged i enver look at my CC bill. It says it shipped on the 16th.

Try to keep faith that the person you spoke to didn't know what they were talking about... I'm not calling Apple for fear of being told the same. still waiting for an update on UPS...

In the same boat as you.. I called apple an they told me the same thing, I got the shipping email from apple saying the 25th.. I live in Brampton. My work is a stone throw away from the ups distribution center in concord Ontario.. An burlington is 30 mins away.. So everything just leaves me scratching my head

My status on UPS just got updated and it shows it's in the depot at Concord.
Maybe there is hope.
