My phone is going to Hamilton which would only be minutes from the shipping warehouse so I hope the delay in updating my tracking is due to the fact that the my phone is basically down the street from me.

21st by the end of day for me. I never get the 12:00 delivery so I guess I'm used to that. I live in Milton ON btw.

I've been lurking here since the preorder. I guess it was time I posted something.

Got my shipping confirmation this morning from Apple (6am ET)
And I'm still waiting for my tracking number to be updated.

From what what I can tell, UPS do their last pickups at 5pm but it's not a pickup they're doing, they probably have them in a storage somewhere, or even on trucks. I ordered three iPhones with 2 accounts and both are marked as "Express Saver". Express Saver is overnight anywhere in Canada so my guess is that they will start shipping pretty soon (or even later tonight) and they should all be there by the end of the day for clients in Delivery Zone 1.

Also, I had one question that I hasn't seen answered anywhere: can a regular micro sim card handle LTE speeds? I know it I will have reception if I cut down/sand down my card but I want to know if companies require "LTE" sim cards because they want to make more cash. I had a regular sim card and the guy told me at Fido that it would not work (when I switched from iPhone 1st gen to iPhone 3GS) but I had regular 3G speeds when I cut it down. Will a micro sim card handle LTE speeds with the iPhone 5? Or I HAVE to get a "nano LTE" sim card?

Thanks!

Gatineau, QC btw.

Anyone from Edmonton get something other than UPS Shipping label has been created?

I live 40km north of Edmonton (Bruderheim) and have a delivery date for tomorrow. I am sure yours will change soon. Now to try and find the nano sim is another story. I haven't been able to find a place that will sell me one yet. Phoned the apple store and they said that I will have to stand in line for a sim card.

I can say that my microSIM in a HTC One X receive LTE speed, so i guess yes, but i also saw something regarding rogers requiring a new Sim for any LTE devices...

I'm still at order processed, waiting for UPS.

This is not good considering that there are items leaving for delivery, and it's past 5PM... but UPS website is always messed up, so i'm not losing hope just yet.

On track for a Friday delivery, nano-SIM sorted, and now picked up a case! Not sure what the story is with this....thought Incase wouldn't have them available until October, but this is from Future Shop, so I'm guessing it's legit?
