The coolest iPad stand?

A couple of DIY Ipad stands

Usually i make boomerangs but as I recently got an Ipad, i couldn't resist trying to design and make an Ipad stand myself :)

Currently i'm working on a foldable version..... ETA 3 days.
You will be able to find this one and the 3 allready shown at:

these are beautiful dude, are they handmade or CNC cut?

Exactly, I realize the title of the thread, but in the statement of the thread the OP does proudly proclaim how inexpensive his new stand is. I kind of took the thread taking a turn towards cool stands on the cheap, and votes for using other types of stands for the IPad.

They are handmade :)

I like to make things out of wood and the Ipad gave me an opertunity to make these....

BTW ... the foldable stand is taking form , but still needs a LOT of finishing... but you will get the idea....

Hopefully the Ugly Duckling will mature into a graceful swan..... in 3 days time !!! :)

This is not correct. I have this BookArc stand and it does hold iPad when its got the Apple case on. It comes with two rubber inserts - one for a 'naked' iPad and one thats a little wider for a case. I don't know how it would be with a bulky case but with the Apple one it works fine.
 
New DIY Ultra compact Ipad Stand

Awesome stands, the handmade ones, and the Japanese one, where can I get it in the uk?

Griffin is the only one that looks unremarkable, plus why did they have to stick their logo up front, soo boring to see it evrytime.
 
Mac4u UK iPad Stand

I bought one of this. Love it, use it for my Macbook pro as cooler when working.

Also use for iPad to watch 24 during the dinner :apple:

I may end up selling mine. I would like something less bulky in my messenger bag that carries my MBP and iPad. I've also decided I don't like the fact it isn't adjustable for angle.
 
I am awaiting delivery on my Skadoosh...

I have been assured by Jazzy at Jadu that it has been shipped and should be in the UK by the end of next week barring any customs hold ups.

I am really looking forward to having this stand on my desk next to my iMac, it will make air sharing and and air display look and work fantastic, not that they do not look good now, but my iPad is fed up leaning against my speaker.

I was lucky enough to get mine at the lower price of 57 Dollars, but then again it was ordered six weeks ago..... :)

I am gonna set air display to show my bags and char info for my WOW game on the iPad as it will de clutter the main screen when i Play.
