The power of crowd-sourcing solved it quite a bit faster percentage wise.
No kidding, but it was fun to see how everyone came together to solve the puzzles. I was even following a forum in Vietnamese (thank you translate.google.com)Can't believe I just wasted 03:55:09 of my life for 1 GB.

I am got past 15 and shared the folder with the email address (flash@dropbox.com).
In that folder, the Notes.txt file tells me to do the following:

Basically, you are expected to go to Google Maps and find particular locations within San Francisco, using the directions tool to make a path of your day's route.
Each day's path reveals a new letter of the codeword.
If you cannot be bothered doing this, highlight here >SOMA< to find the answer.

View the source code on the chapter 14 webpage. then search for slider1.png. You'll find a link to something like: img src: "/static" and a bunch of other info with the slider1.png. Copy that link and add it after www.dropbox.com/ and it'll display the solution for you.

After you've created a folder in the dropquest folder and shared it with the rest account, either the savior one, the flash one, or the other, then click on the share link on the left of the screen. It'll open a webpage, in the middle of the screen there is a rainbow icon, press it and it'll advance you to the next chapter.
