I got something else... My answer was >38645.txt< and it worked. I'm on the second step with the people but I'm not sure what's next.

That worked (DropBox put a Captain's log folder in the DropBox 2012 folder) but what now?

Open the file you created. (Might have to do it from the website, that's what the chapter 1 instructions said...)

i answered it as well and saved the file but how do i move on to chapter 2... or is there even a chapter 2 yet?
I was thinking some of the parts would be elbow grease or a quantum gyrochronatron. But adding those as .txt files didn't seem to do anything.
EDIT - nvm didnt realize you need to open the file you created.

i created a file with the password in chapter 1 and haven't gotten any feedback yet... should i create the chapter 2 with password or wait...?
i feel like the dropbox servers are getting slammed right now.
UMA - Open the file you've just saved from the web.
Dropbox will have wrote instructions in there.

Chapter 6: you need to invert the images

it's easier than opening photoshop.
Now you want to go the "events"

FINALLY! It works. Just keep at it. I think they're just getting slammed. Even my dropbox login is dog slow.
