For those 'techies'

Just got a sportsmans guide catalog in the mail and flipping through the pages found this. It look ok fine, but anyone that knows anything about electricity, the product is a 12 gauge cord (heavier). Note they have it plugged into what looks like a 16 gauge extension cord (lighter).
