The forum isn't available several times a day

For a few years now, the forum won't load several times a day , every day .
Same on different browsers .

No issues with the main page for me , just the forums .

Is there an error or does it just not respond?

Where are you geographically?

Happens randomly during the day, the screen is white and it keeps loading over and over.
