Has anyone found the in-store pickup option anywhere?

Yep, it's right on the pre-order page - you click on the left option to pre-order, on the right option to reserve for pickup.

I reserved one. Debating about it still, though, as I really want a 3G model. Probably will pick up the wifi, then just sell it once the 3G ones come out.

Maybe it just me but I still don't see the "pickup" option. Are some of seeing it and others, not?

Ordered 3G 64GB(me) & 3G 16GB (for wife), a keyboard dock, and case.

I can't seem to get the idea out of my head for using these as a carputer front end. For long trips, each kid has their own iPad connecting to an in car media server with several hundred GB of content available via mobile wireless N network. Probably overkill for most but sounds like a fun challenge.

Went with the 32 gig 3G + Case. Looks like I'll have an empty case to stare at for a couple weeks since it's shipping 4/3 and the iPad will ship "late April"

Which One Did You Order/Reserve?

Sigh... they deleted my thread which would have actually been *USEFUL*. This should be a poll. Thanks, admins.

Ordered a 64GB WiFi

I reserved the 16 gig base model. If I use it as I expect to use it, primarily for ebooks, iPhone apps and back-to-my-mac, 16 gig should be plenty. Reservation is low risk. If I show up by 3pm on 4/3, I get one. If I don't, they sell it to somebody in line.

You realise that they will only reserve a 3G version for you and not a WiFi version. If the wifi versions are already sold you have to go for the 3G version.

And oh, when it's available to order here (in the Netherlands), I will probably go for 32 or 64 GB WiFi only because I already pay for internet on the iPhone and I don't really like the black strip on top of the 3G iPad. Only if there are going to be very good plans for a 3G internet connection (over here in NL) I will buy the 3G version (probably 32 GB, 64 is for (assumably) 829 EUR too much).
