I have the 6+. I love it. I am a girl, so I've changed nothing (well, except my old handbag looked shabby next to my beautiful new phone, so clearly I had to treat myself to a new bag too...)
I never used the 5S in the gym, so I'm missing nothing there. The 6+ is fantastic.
