Have you guys been charged or have a hold in your CC or bank account? I ordered from apple store and received my confirmation but have yet to see a hold or anything apple related in my back of america account.

I have a authorized but not posted charge from them for $100 but none for the full price yet. Says it'll be delivered by the 19th though.

Mine says 9/19 too and everything looks fine except no bank authorization.I prefer for them to take out the my money.

Via- App Store on iPhone. Benefit: Knew my phone number and eligibility right away. I didn't have to enter last for SSN, or any other verification. Additionally, all i had to enter was the security code of my CC.

Settled for Gold 128 6+ ATT, 2Y

Delivers - 9/19, I hope we get them a day early.

I already have the Gold 5S so it's not a big deal. I wanted something a little different, but I guess it wasn't meant to happen.

12:33AM PDT - Email confirmation $574.92 authorization hold on my CC from bank.

I have a $100 Apple Store gift card I could not use. I am a little miffed about that. However given the situation, it was probably a good thing I didn't waste my time with that. I will use the credit for a case and or iTunes funds.

So far, nothing has been added to My Support (where I can get a SN)
Also haven't started checking shippers for reference numbers.

In a few days, maybe over the weekend, it will start getting busy following our phones via flight routs and check ins.
 
I got three on order for delivery in mid-October. A Silver 6 Plus 128 gig, Gray 6 Plus 16 gig, Silver 6 16gig.

Fingers crossed for an early delivery. We all went 3 years on our current contract with Verizon because of the rumors of a larger screen.

Always took the piss out of phablet users but it's really not that big......
 
I see some ppl have preparing to ship on their order. Mine says processing delivery 9/19. Credit card charged in full. Ordered apple app. Should I be concerned it's not preparing to ship?
 
Just ordered two iPhone 6 64gb (Silver & Space Gray) at 10pm EST with AT&T Next through Apple.

The gray was available and is scheduled for 9/19. The silver one is for 10/1-10/6.

A tale of two orders...

Stayed up in CST to launch time, around 2:01CST. Had Apple's website auto-refreshing, same with AT&T, and I had the app store on my phone refreshing every minute or so as 12:01PST arrive. For good measure, I had twitter up to get notification that someone was live without me knowing it.

My plan was to use the apple store app to order a phone from Apple (AT&T) and pick it up at the apple store <2 miles from my house, since UPS/FedEx doesn't come to my home until 8pm most days.

So I had my setup, i had a plan, and then the reality of the launch hit.

Twitter started showing that AT&T was live about 15 minutes before 12:01PST. I went to the site and confirmed that I could go through the process, but I really wanted to order via apple and not AT&T (I have premier). So I waited to see when the apple store would come up, thinking it'd be right at 12:01 or 2:01CST my time. At 2:15CST, I decided it was time to at least get a phone, so I went back to the AT&T site and ordered a 128GB iPhone 6 Plus Dark Gray. However, after processing, I received no email, the order ID they gave was too new to actually confirm my order went through, so I was skeptical my order was good. Plus, it was blank where it should've given me an estimated delivery date on the order confirmation screen.

So at that point, I decided I needed a backup plan, so I kept trying the apple website and app and had a little luck after seeing on twitter others had luck. First time I tried the app after hearing it was up, apparently the AT&T eligibility link wasn't working, so I couldn't "continue" through the process after choosing my phone from within the app UI. But I tried it again a few minutes later and was able to select the 128GB Plus in the Gray color. Got my confirmation email IMMEDIATELY from Apple, which was reassuring, and I was able to request in-store pickup at my apple store on 9/19.

At this point, i became worried that I had two orders out there - one that had no date assigned to delivery and was from AT&T, and one where I could get the phone I wanted on launch day from the company i wanted to order from. I was worried that the AT&T phone would be processed first, and the Apple request would go next and find that the line wasn't eligible for upgrade and lose my 9/19 pickup option. I checked in on it quite a bit of the morning on Friday, up until around 11am. I tried canceling the AT&T order on the premier website, and while the option was there to cancel, it didn't ever do anything even though I clicked it >10 times. I tried calling the support line but they always said call volume was too high and they couldn't take my call, to call back later.

I got an email from AT&T premier support a bit after 11:30am saying that the line I was attempting to get the iPhone for was not eligible for an upgrade (it was the day before) and that they were canceling my order. I went to check on the Apple order and it still seems to be OK, with the 9/19 date still displayed, and a status of "Processing Items". The only concerning piece now is that while there's a $1 charge/placeholder on my Discover card, I've yet to be charged full price for the phone.

All in all, I'm hopeful that I'll get the outcome I was looking for initially, which was:
Order: 128GB Iphone 6+ Space Gray
Order Site: AT&T and then later Apple Store App (on iphone).
Time: 2:30am CST (confirmation email received 2:40am CST).
Pickup Date: 9/19
Pickup Location: Apple Store
 
64GB Space Gray 6 Plus, and a 64GB Space Gray 6 (both Verizon). One In-Store Pickup, and one Home Delivery.

64GB Silver iP6P. Finally got the green light at 4:11 am EST after refreshing constantly on my iPhone 5s. Arrives 9/19. :D

Apple site and app was being a PITA last night. No apple store near me. I was more than willing to drive to Des Moines or Chicago. I couldn't choose the option to pick up in store. :(

This is sad to read.. I wanted the 128 Gold +, but only could see 128 Silver + for the 19th delivery.
 
Managed to get my order in no problem, though had to wait till 8.38am for the webstore to open here in the UK, got a space grey 128GB iPhone 6 sane size edition delivering on the release day, so I'm happy, with the rush to order I did make one mistake though, ordered the black leather case instead of the black silicon one, £10 difference, no matter, it's all good, just hope the couriers do they're jobs properly now and there's no hardware issues. :rolleyes:

PS: So glad the rumour of 128GB only being available in the tablet, I mean 6 Plus version wasn't true. :D
 
Ordered via apple app on iPhone. Couldn't get through via the apple app on the iPad. Ordered both the 6 and the 6 plus (64 gb) with some hiccups but nothing major.

Showing a delivery date of 9/19 for both.

Is there any possibility u cld show yr order without giving private details away please? I ordered same time and my order has moved constantly all day from 19/9 to 3/4 weeks and apple saying no one got 6plus THANKS, jo
