ordered around 5:30 am a 6+ for me...by the time I got to the payment screen, shipping moved from 7-10 business days to 3-4 weeks :(

Hi, cld anyone in UK managed to get a 6+ from apple store sim free with 19/9 date? I wld really appreciate if anyone who managed to get one wld please contact me as I need this information to give to apple when they phone me Monday? Thanks a lot

- Fell into the 7-10 day category so delivery is 10/1-10/6

If I had clicked thru the "upgrade eligibility" path instead of the iPhone pre-order one, I might have made it to the 9/19 release batch.

As for the case, I bought a case-mate ToughCase which is similar to what's on my iPhone 5.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good screen protector that's clear and not fingerprint-prone?

Alas, after 30 min of trying to get the Apple Store App to grant me one wish for an iPhone6 I ended up logging into the Verizon site and ordered it there.

I am so bummed that this time I won't be able to play along with the rest of you and continually refresh the Apple Order Status page, waiting for those magical changes: Preparing For Shipment, and Shipped with a tracking number.

I will get to play along once I get a tracking number though, and like my 5S last year get to "watch" the cargo plane land in Lexington after its visit to Anchorage.

But that's for later next week :)

Congrats to all who scored! I feel very luck to get what I wanted. And I will receive it on launch day too!

For those of us that have the 9/19 delivery date, when do you think we will see tracking numbers? This is my first pre order from Apple.com and was just curious
 
Wasn't too worried about waking up early/late to be in the middle of the rush.

I did just talk to Target and you have to physically go in the store but they are still doing Pre-orders to be able to pick up your phone on the 19th. HOWEVER...I am looking to get the new SPRINT Unlimited plan and thats a SPRINT store special and can't get it at a brick n mortar at all.... :mad:

So I shall install iOS 8 in 5 days and enjoy that until my iPhone 6 Plus ships then....Im not too worried though. I am a proud owner of a iPhone 5 with a life proof case and I'm still waiting for them to release the new case for the 6 and 6 plus.

thats the fun part - no one knows, and others will see it before yours and you'll say "Hey I ordered mine before her and she got a tracking number first!?!?!?! Wahhhhhh!!!"

just to corroborate with a bunch of other AT&T (premier) folk.

space grey 6 - 64gb - order went through at 3:14 AM eastern
email gave date on or about 9/19. online order status through myATT and premier gives shipping date of 9/23-10/2.

if I recall correctly from previous preorders (haven't bought since 4s) I've had delayed shipping dates, but still got the phone on the release day

edit: I've had a pending hold on my CC since this morning
 
I ordered a space gray, 64gb, 6 plus from apple.com at 4:23am CST. Showing 7-10 business days for shipment. I expect to get it sometime between right now and Christmas. Lol.

I'm in the same boat. Space grey 6, 64 GB email confirmation from AT&T at 1:44 PST also gave a date of 9/19 but now it looks to be pushed back to 10/13-10/31.
 
I ordered a 64gig Silver iPhone 6 Plus from Apple through the Apple App at 12:29 a.m. Pacific Time, in-store pickup on 9/19.

They said they would email me when it was ready. Beats waiting around all day for FedEx. It was an extremely frustrating experience and the worst one so far as I have ordered every iPhone version online on pre-order day when available. I know there was an extreme demand for the 6 but they are a GIANT tech Co. and they knew there would be a high demand. I don't understand how with there huge power and huge data centers, they couldn't have pulled off a better experience.

finally got on to the apple store on my phone at 5:15 am.
iphone 6 plus 64 gb black - apple reserved it.
placed another order at 5:35 - 3-4 weeks.

finally got an email for reserved phone, cancelled my second order,
shipping time now at 7-10 days

AT&T Gold 64GB iPhone 6 Plus for me! Deliver on 9/19, and I used the Apple Store App. :)

I couldn't get my silicone case then and now I see an October date for those. I will go to an Apple Store on launch and pick one up. :D

Was able to order right away after the site went up.

Got 1-6 October delivery, for some reason Apple charged me for Apple Care but not for the phone. Does anybody else have it?
