Regular 6 space gray 64gb on oct.23 from att store. initially it said shipping would be between 11/21-12/3 so I'm pleasantly surprised
My sister ordered her iPhone 6 from her local Rogers store, and it arrived 2 weeks earlier than estimated as well. She picked it up on the weekend.
Think about it from Apple's perspective. Their present offerings pretty much guarantee most people opting for the middle option since 16GB to 64GB is such a big jump. If the low end model was 32GB, I guarantee you that it (the low end model) would attract the most buyers. They'll still sell 16GB models because there will always be people for whom that is enough.
Ordered on 10.3, and finally received a shipping email on Sunday. Card charged, and should be here on Wednesday. What a freaking AT&T headache. I'm waiting in line for the 7, on launch day for sure.

I ordered mine on the 8/11/14 and I just got a notification saying that it has been shipped. My expected delivery will be on the 13/11/14! I'm pleasantly surprised as when I order the estimated delivery was 5/12/14 to 12/12/14. Fingers crossed now!

I ordered the gold + 128GB on Nov 7th, and my expected delivery is Dec 9-16th.
I ordered a space grey iPhone 6+ 64gb. I just checked, my estimated delivery got pushed to 14/11/14. No biggie though since my 1st estimated timeframe was from 5th to 12th December.
Update: we have liftoff!

Our iPhone 6 Pluses were listed to ship from 11/19-12/1, so I guess we won the early shipping lottery.
The iPhone 6 in our order was originally supposed to ship in October, and then changed to "Backordered." We weren't really sure what to expect all the way around.
Called AT&T to activate and they said it may take up to four hours due to volume...
We just received our iPhones today - ordered them October 10th.

Super excited! My iPhone 6 for work will be here soon! I have a 5 for a personal phone and I'm excited to see the fingerprint scanner and the apple pay 
I ordered my silver 128 gb iPhone 6 on 11/11 from my local At&t store and it has a shipping window of 11/14-11/18. Hope so! We will see.

I already know the AT&T stores didn't have what I want, so I just called my local Apple store and she actually checked all stores in my area and no one had the space grey 64GB 6, so I just placed the order over the phone. She was fantastic, super friendly and informative. Estimated delivery is 11/26-12/2, but I'm hoping it's sooner, of course
Incipio Dual Pro comes today, so I'm ready!
I never thought it would be so difficult this far after launch to get the phone I wanted. I haven't even seen the phone in person (this color). I only saw them online and one from a co-worker. I think she had the gold one. No doubt I'll love it though…..

. I just received the Incipio Dual Pro, but I won't have my phone for a week or 2. The case is VERY nice and seems minimal with good protection. I use the same one on my iPhone 5 and I have dropped it without incident other then a chipped case corner, but that's why it's there. It looks a lot better for the 6 then the 5. I got it on Amazon for under $19 and prime.
Finally got my tracking number. Ordered from AT&T September 19 and cancelled the order on October 18 due to how bad AT&T was handling the pre-orders. Ordered from Apple on October 18 and got my tracking number today and will have it at my house on November 18.

Pity they ran out of 128GB. It was either wait even longer, or settle with the 64GB and get it earlier. Would've been nice to have the 128, but honestly after two 16GB iPhones, 64GB is still an upgrade for me!

I finally decided to buy a new one and went into the Apple Store in Sydney to compare 6 and 6+.
I hadn't seen the two models together to compare, but I decided fairly quickly that the 6 was too similar to my 5.
A guy asked me what I wanted, I said I was there to see how long I'd have to wait and he said I could have one immediately.
About a half hour later I had a 6+ 64gb in space grey, exactly what I wanted.
A friend at work has just received her 6 after waiting 2 weeks - it hardly seems fair.
I hadn't seen the two models together to compare, but I decided fairly quickly that the 6 was too similar to my 5.
