128GB Gold 6 plus for mom

Both shipped from Apple to my folks.


I ordered a 128GB Gold 6 in Singapore for myself from Apple as well.

All unlocked versions set to deliver 9/19 or the week after (for Singapore especially).
 
Ordered a 6 through verizon wireless site at 3:00am CST on Friday. Got shipping notice and tracking number for FedEx and a delivery date of the 19th.

When I pre-ordered my iphone 4 in the same way, it came a few days earlier than the release date. Most likely won't happen twice.

As long as your order is still processing, I would personally keep it. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. If in doubt, try contacting Apple to verify that your order is still active. Otherwise, Monday is when your order will be more than likely shipped out.

The plus was charged and is now preparing for shipment and the 4.7 still says processing like yours and not charged yet.

Also, the plus is coming to my home and the 4.7 is a store pick up if that means anything.

Thanks for chiming in, I'm just mainly worried about my card not being charged yet, others were charged immediately after they submitted the order, just hit or miss right now I guess.

I've always had good luck with previous pre-orders, getting the 4 2 days early, ordered the 5 via app in minutes w/o issue, but this one was the worst with all the app/site problems. Only time will tell, I'll just keep my current order and see what happens.
 
Within the past three minutes, my status changed to "preparing for shipment."

Ordered 64 GB iPhone 6 Gold from Apple.com (contract-free T-Mobile, no upgrade).

This is the first time I'm getting a launch-day phone. My first and current iPhone 4 has been broken since May and I've been waiting patiently till the new one came out. Can't wait to finally have a phone again that does not drop calls randomly or freezes.

iPhone 6 gold 64gb for AT&T ordered around like 6:30pm september 12th with a delivery date of 9/19

Stuck in processing hell.
Capital One card still hasn't been charged.

Anyone similar had any budging yet?

ITS GONNA BE A LONG WEEK.

That is good. I ordered my iPhone 6 (64) Gold via walking into my local AT&T store. It says "Preparing to ship" on their site but then again it gives a shipping date of 09/23-10/02. Guess there is a difference between "preparing for shipment" and "preparing to ship" :)

No Sir,
I ordered a 16gb iPhone 6 with them and nothing past processing.
Beginning to get upset and nervous :(
 
I was partially charged on my card from Apple. Shows on my card statement as pending charge.
 
Gold T-Mobile iPhone 6 64GB ordered from Apple's website on Friday afternoon is now preparing for shipment :)

Ordered my Friday around 2 AM PST (time when Apple.com worked for me), and since then it' stuck in "Processing items" and my Chase card has not been charged yet.

But it shows "Pickup Available 9/19"

Do you guys think my pickup could be pushed back because they havent charged my card yet, unlike others?
 
I ordered mine for in store pickup from iPhone app at 3:20 EDT on 9/12 and am still "processing"; however, earlier today I got a temp. auth. charge on my card from Apple Store that is exactly 1% of the purchase price plus estimated tax. Strange. 128 GB 6 (4.7") space gray.

That's what the lady I spoke to (after holding for an hour and a half) told me as well. That she could request it be expedited, but that could end up making it show up later since she'll take it out of queue. I decided to leave it alone because I think chances are, we'll get it before the 10/1 - 10/6 estimate and I don't care about having to wait a little bit past launch day (though I'd obviously prefer to receive it on the 19th). :eek:

I hope we are making the right decision. We aren't loaded and data plans are still way more expensive than they should be...

I left Sprint - 2.5 years ago for Verizon after 16 years with them. My data on Sprint was so bad on my 4s Siri didn't work at times.
I actually pay less than with Sprint - and I have 10gb of data

Ordered iPhone 6 128GB 12:23 AM PST and am 'Preparing for Shipment'. Nothing on my Support Profile yet though.

For those not getting charged on your cards there are a number of factors, it could be the charge is pending and those that are seeing it it hasn't actually been charged yet it's just be preauthorized. That's what I have on my card. It's not through yet but it's been pre-billed and once it ships it'll get charged. Hope that alleviates some fears.

Yep! Within the past 30 minutes I went from "Processing" to "Preparing for Shipment."

I was finally able to order from the App on my 5s around 12:40 PST launch night (this after no luck on Apple's site OR Verizon's--beleaguered as it was with that pesky EPCD error). 64GB Gold 6 for Verizon.

Ordered for my SO this afternoon around 3:30 or so via Apple's site. 128GB Gold 6 for AT&T (wanted silver but it'd gone to a 7-10 day delivery within the space of an hour!). His still shows as "Processing."

How long did it take for yours to change from "processing item" to "preparing for shipment"? Mine has been on processing since 4PM EST.

I recently left Sprint and went back to Verizon. Service was SO awful that it didn't even matter that I had Unlimited everything--I could barely use the darn thing unless I was on wi-fi. Verizon is surely more expensive and of course no unlimited data, but the quality can't be beat IMO. And once I analyzed my account I realized I was using only around 2G of data with Sprint so I signed up for 3G with Verizon (juuuuust in case! LOL) and now also have that promotional 1G.
