Used the iPad Apple Store app. Finally was able to get my orders through at 1:15 AM PST. I did 3 different orders and got my email confirmation within 2 minutes of each order.
Order 1 for me: 6+ 64GB Space Gray on AT&T Next 12 plan. Delivery 9/19
Order 2 for Wife: 6+ 64GB Silver on AT&T Next 12 Plan. Delivery 9/19
Order 3: 6+ Leather Cases in Black and Midnight Blue. Delivery 9/17 - 9/19.
I did 3 orders just in case I couldn't add another phone to the cart during the first order. The Cases took me 30 more minutes to order because they came up "unavailable" at first.
Order 1 for me: 6+ 64GB Space Gray on AT&T Next 12 plan. Delivery 9/19
Order 2 for Wife: 6+ 64GB Silver on AT&T Next 12 Plan. Delivery 9/19
Order 3: 6+ Leather Cases in Black and Midnight Blue. Delivery 9/17 - 9/19.

Got a Space Gray 16GB iPhone 6 and 6 Plus on Verizon through the iPad Apple Store App. Was about to give up as I had tried the website and the iPhone app with no luck. Used the iPad and it worked although I got the reservations and didn't actually finish them til I got emails this morning.
They'll be ready for pickup at the Ala Moana Apple Store on launch day. I got lucky.

Woke up at 1:55 CST. Took me until about 2:20 CST to get Verizon Preorder Page up. Had my iPhone 6 Plus 64GB White & Silver ordered by 2:30 CST. Delivery Date 9/19. Was in bed back asleep by 3:00 CST.
Woke up for work and I had a Order Confirmation from Verizon with a Deliver By Date of 9/19. Overall not a horrible experience. I remember pre-ordering my iPhone 5 from Verizon and just waking up and doing it at like 7:00 but I didn't want to chance it this time. Figured the 6 Plus would have very limited supply.

Anyone ready for the shipments to start rolling out so we can track some flights... Next week at work will be very productive (not). Good thing I have a corner office and I won't be scheduling any clients.
I ordered a Space Grey 128GB iPhone 6 on T-Mobile. No shipment date yet online but csr's are saying that it'll ship next Friday.
I think that I did. I preordered at 2:51 Eastern Time, received confirmation email and 10 minutes later another email said the information did not match credit bureaus info. I jumped on the Apple app and ordered another for store pickup on 9/19 in case something strange happens. Turns out AT&T can't seem to enter my name, address, ss# correctly and I've spent 5+hours on the phone and went into a AT&T store and they are clueless. I'll continue to torture AT&T or just pick the phone up at The Apple Store on the 19th and deal with it from there. I can always go with Verizon even after twelve years.
AT&T: Your experience is very important to us...
Update: After spending 6+ hours trying to have AT&T edit my name and ss# and process my preorder I received an email at 9PM saying, "we haven't hear from you so we have cancelled your order". What douchebags!

I checked out at 12:02 AM PT... and both my wife and my iPhone 6+ 64GB Gray/Silver phones have a delivery date of: 10/13/2014 to 10/22/2014. I usually order through Apple, but wanted to get the $200 trade in for my iPhone 4 this time and took a gamble... I guess it didn't pay off =\
BTW we're premier too, is that because of my company discount? Anyone else order through AT&T that are not premier that got same day delivery for a 6+?

I was able after much fighting with the Apple Store website and app to order 2 iPhone 6 Plus 128GB.
Now one is shipping Sept/19, the other is shipping Oct/20 (WTF)
Are the different shipping dates accurate? They were two separate orders, just 20 minutes apart. Done at 4:24am and 4:44am EST.

With how this seems to be common with Att ordered phones, I'm wondering if it's a generic response. Has anyone that ordered through ATT.com for a 6+ say in the first 5-10 mins of launch got an earlier date?
I find it hard to believe that the dates are actual, since when I ordered mine at before 3am est there was no issues getting in, selecting, or placing the order. I tried to go back in once I finished just to see and got the "doors are opening" page. I still have the same October 13-22 window. The only other options are all the AT&T employees got first dibs and purchased the lot(highly doubtful) or possibly Apple hasn't given the phones/final quantity to Att yet and it's a precautionary measure instead of pushing back orders?
I checked my card today and the full amount is pending on it also btw,no "feeler" amount

Finally back to iPhone after a few months being tortured by Android. I really found that iOS was vastly superior and so was the build quality of Apple. For once money was not an object when choosing the phone, thus allowing me to choose freely.
I ended up going for the silver iPhone 64gb for the following reasons:

- I have always gone black, and liked the white one more this time!
- The iPhone 6+ was way too big
- 16gb is not enough and 128gb was overkill. I don't game much and I have iTunes match. Only my pictures and videos affect my available space.

Hi, I've just joined and rlly cld do with some advice please? I ordered my 6 plus 64 gb in gold on the phone with apple rep this morning at approx 8.25am, I had waited on phone with the rep until website came live..put my order through,was told I was one of the first..given date if 19/9 and was over the moon...confirmation email at 8.51am said delivery 19/9..after checking around midday my email confirmation now said 2/3 weeks..whilst on phone to appe rep to ask what was going on changed to 3/4 weeks..so I'm now in same position as someone ordering now...I spoke to a senior person and he basically said nothing he can do and others must have beat me to it..I asked how this was possible seeing as site wasn't live and as soon as was rep out order through and I got my order through...does anyone know if there is anything I can do and has anyone got their delivery for 6plus for 19/9? This senior guy is gonna phone me Monday and even admits he cannot see how this has happened but doubts he can do anything..soz this is so long but I'm just gutted as having my hopes up to get this phone #

given consideration of the amount of phones that were ordered online? 20 minutes is enough to sell a huge volume of phones. So that's definitely plausible.
Boo. This is where I'm a bit disappointed. Last few iPhone orders were so smooth online.
I was finally successful with the Apple Store app but had tons of errors, lag in getting buttons to activate so I could click them, etc. during the whole ordeal.
I know if this was like past iPhone launches, I'd have my order done within 5 minutes, ready to be shipped on launch day.
Thanks mate, I just did the same and got my order moved up from 3-4 weeks to 7-10 days. I was afraid it wouldn't go through, but it did
Tried to order one during the AT&T Rapture this morning. Managed to get the 6+ Space Grey 16GB, but shipping estimated 3-4 weeks. Went to work (Target) and while there talked to our mobile salesperson. Told me to just cancel AT&T order and pre order with her and I'll get it on the 19th. So I did lol. Didn't think it would be that easy, I thought for sure they would sell out or something. But I'm glad they didnt!

Ordered my wife a 4.7" Space Gray in 16GB and she'll receive hers on the 19th via AT&T.
I ordered myself a 5.5" Space Gray in 64GB and it'll be a month after launch day before I see it.
Apple really underestimated the 5.5" 64GB models.
At least I'll have iOS 8 setup on my 5S until I receive my 6+.
I agree...I too have to wait for my 6 + and i didn't think that the demand would be as high as it is
AT&T just notified me I have a November 1-27 estimated ship date.
WTF? I ordered 40 minutes after it went live.Guess I'll be checking stores daily then. This is ridiculous.
