Instead of tracking by number (tracking number), you click on track by reference (which is right below the track by number) and you enter whatever main phone number you used to order (I still have a home number and use it) etc or you can use the order number minus the last two digits.

Hopefully the Rep at the brick and mortar hub makes the same mistake of abiding by the standard answer lol
My phone that was in TN was updating to "departed" just a few hours ago! Hopefully it makes its way to Kansas City soon 
Yeah, I'm not really sure of it working either, but the CSR did say that the apple agreement only has restrictions on deliveries.

Now i have another question. I'm assuming millions have this question, and it's probably been asked.
I ordered on 9/12 @ 1:05AM PST the 6+, 64GB, Space Gray with a quote of 7-10 business days. Is there a likeliness that Apple is padding lead-time here and it is going to be delivered by the 19th?
Or should i just sit down, go back to work, and wait til' October?
I just checked my at&t account and my iphone 6 64gb has left fort worth tx through fedex standard overnight to Chicago, but it does have a request for delivery on the 19th.

Mine too! Departed TN at 3:09pm today with scheduled delivery Friday even though it is via Next Day Saver, just as I expected really.

One of mine showed it left China at 6:39 am on 9/15 (their 9/15) and no further movement and now it just popped up that it left China again at 5:15 am on 9/18 lol (which it is currently 5:57 am on 9/18 in China). Well we will hope the first one is right or it can still get to me by 9/19 as scheduled lol.

Well, I really have no idea but I assume that period is because they don't know if yours can be delivered by 9/19 or not. Only they know lol.
For those of you starting to see movement in your tracking again and with UPS Next Day Air, was just "a shipment label has been created" yesterday?
UPDATE: My iphone 6 left from Tennessee this morning, and just arrived at Kentucky (I'm in florida.. Y U GO UP AND NOT DOWN APPLE) so now i guess they will ship it out of KY and maybe, hopefully, by a small 1 out of 500 million chance i can get it tomorrow (or probably wait until friday lol)

I am in Florida as well. Hopefully, it is not doing / will not do a side trip to KY, anyhow, regardless it is coming on Friday. Not really hoping now for an early pick-up or arrival by mistake tomorrow.
Mine just left ZhengZhou for the second time. Hopefully this time it's on its way to my house.
I finally have tracking back! One departed ZhengZhou on 9/18 at 5:15am local time. This is the second time it has departed here so let's hope this one sticks. The other has finally departed Mount Juliet, TN. They're on the move!
Same here 5:15, i literally just checked it. It was stagnant since the 15 but it departed on the 18Th ( its the 18 in China right now
) and so its in the air. Our phones are probably on the same plane. LETS GOOOOOOO!!!!!!
For those who have got the 5:15 departure. Know what plane our phones are in? Can't get on the computer to check ATM so if you guys have a flight number that I can put in the tracking app I would greatly appreciate it!
