FINALLY!! Just got the tracking number from UPS and my iPhone showed up in my support page. :D
 
Finally received shipping confirmation from Apple.
iPhone is going to be delivered by UPS.

Ordered via Apple Online Store Germany.

Just to be clear I was mocking the absurd post I quoted. I ordered one iPhone 6 off the site at around 3pm EST.
 
Has anybody moved out of Alaska yet?

Has anybody that landed in Alaska last night moved onto KY ?

CSR also told me that it needs to be signed for and the pre sign option will appear once it's shipped. That's if you ordered via apple.com

My thing is, I am closing in on less than 36 hours until Friday and my phone hasn't done anything but be "processed". They have charged my credit card, or at least pre-authorized it.

Calm down. The reason why they are still processing is because they are not shipping our phone directly to us. We chose to pick up in store, therefore they are shipping it to the store. The only time we will see a change in status is when the phone is "Available For Pickup"
You have nothing to worry about, you phone will be wrapped with a note saying it's specifically for you and you will get it on 9/19.

Thanks! That worked. Registered for UPS My Choice and it automatically showed the order scheduled for delivery this Friday.:)

The thumbnail of my phone shows a white front. A space grey iPhone 6 Plus model is definitely black on the front panel. Are the thumb nails specific to the device you ordered?

Can someone else check to see if there thumbnail is representative of the phone they ordered?

I just looked. The image is new, it was just an Apple logo last time I was there. I have a white IPhone 6 image, and ordered the same color as you in the 6.

It also shows my Space Gray iP5S as white though too... I know it is Space Gray since I have been using it for a year now:)
 
This has just been such an Apple week for me. My 6 plus arrives on Friday my leather case came today, and I had an interview at Apple today and I now have a follow up phone interview this Sunday for a position at the new store in Toledo Ohio coming soon! :D someone give me an internet cookie! Haha :apple:
 
So, I just got off the phone with UPS, and I told the CS rep how my deliveries typically arrive to my local facility the night prior to delivery. I then asked about whether or not I would be able to get the package early, tomorrow, and she said that as long as it arrives at my local facility prior to 7PM, I should be able to intercept the package, and will be able to pick it up. Not sure when apple will decide to ship tomorrow, but according to UPS its only shipping from an hour away, so hopefully it'll get there quickly!:cool:
 
UPS just updated my tracking numbers. Both show departed TN with Overnight Air Saver. Should be at my UPS facility tomorrow in Austin, TX. Wonder if I can stop by and see if I can pick it up. :)

I would definitely call tomorrow and ask if you could. The person I spoke to said the restriction was only on delivering prior to the 19th, but there is nothing holding you back from going and getting it, if its available.

Lucky you! My UPS CS rep said that I have to wait until Friday or use my super powers and fly to get it off the plane.

How did he know?! :eek:

Don't hold your breath on this working. It sounds like she gave you the standard answer and not the one modified by Apple's agreement with UPS.
 
How do you check UPS by phone number

Hi guys,

Apologize as i just signed up as a member. I know the etiquette is to scroll through this thread to find the answer first, but after 4-5 pages, the thought of scrolling through 73 pages seemed really laborious.

I'm hoping someone can help me answer how people are checking UPS tracking by phone number and address. I've been navigating through UPS site and it's not obvious to me how to check via phone/address.

Thanks in advance.
