I've had nothing but excellence from AT&T.
Five new iPhones each year for the family members is quite the test. Last night I was done in mere minutes. Smooth, fast, all online without any problem.

Thanks AT&T... :D
I placed my order with AT&T this morning at 10:30 est. in 10 min I had my confirmation e-mail and a delivery date of 9/24. I also got to keep my 2 year contract.

I've been a AT&T customer when they bought cellular one, sold themselves to Cingular, then back as AT&T and have had excellent service from them.

I get people being on Verizon. Their coverage map is sexy.

I get people being on T-Mobile. Their pricing is great.

Why on earth do people use AT&T? Habit? Laziness? What do they offer that you can't get in a better form elsewhere?

Great coverage and grandfathered non throttled unlimited data is why I'm with AT&T:). Is Verizon's coverage better? Yes but not significantly better. Only a little bit better.

Called ATT yesterday to confirm my upgrade status and preorder process... less than a minute on hold and sent me the link for preordering.

Completed my preorder ~10 minutes before 12:00PST, easy peasy.

Still on UDP, still get better signal than Verizon at my house.

Zero issues with ATT here.

Same here still have unlimited data on my iPhone. I've looked at the new plans from all the carriers and it would cost me $30 - $40 more for a limited plan. I think what makes the difference in price for me is my parents don't need data which is why the old family plan works out cheaper.

AT&T NEXT has nothing to do with keeping the unlimited data plan. Year 2 for us on NEXT and both still have unlimited data.

Just cancel your order OP and order through att.

AT&T is good enough for my needs and with 4 people on my account, it's a PITA to switch everyone over. Plus, moving to verizon, verizon will want us all to buy new "Verizon blessed" phones (just to get a sim card, i know their sim cards will work in my current phone, but try getting that through their reps), so not jumping through that hoop. T-Mobile's pricing is way too confusing for me to even want to bother. Sprint is way too incompetent for me to even want to deal with them. Plus, with Verizon, if you fall off of LTE, you're on their ancient EVDO network. AT&T at least falls back to HSPA+. AT&T also has rollover (handy to have, i've used it a few times).

Plus, my home alarm system is on AT&T's digital life (i'm pretty happy), my home internet is AT&T, so convenience of dealing with one company for all my needs.
