There's a long story I could tell about the AT&T 3G Microcell. That device was the straw that broke the camel's back and made us switch to Verizon. We didn't actually wind up needing the network extender, but I bought one anyway just to try. It works flawlessly, so far as I can tell.

Thank you. Yes, that is the product they told me about. I'm just not too willing yet to fork over 250 bucks because Verizon has poor local coverage.

Well I know I'll get bashed for this but.....
The antenna on the iPhone 5 is subpar. The 4S is better.
I read and know that Sprint and VW will still not allow you to talk and surf.
My friend is on VW and nadda with his new iPhone 5... Oh wait...If you are using wifi it will...LOL

Educate yourself a little more,the fault isn't Verizon's but the phone manufacturer. If the manufacturer adds SVDO then the phone can do simultaneous voice and data on 3G & 4G. I have 2 phones on Verizon which have this the HTC Rezound and the Galaxy S3.

Oh their was definitely a problem and Steve lied his ass off and many believed him.

Steve was the worlds best salesman in my opinion. He had an amazing amount of influence over people. You're so right, many did believe him & they will for years to come. One read of this, or any other Apple forum reveals his indelible imprint on the minds of many.

No Sir, If the manufacturer adds SVDO? Doesnt VW and Sprint get to choose to have it or does Apple? I mean someone allowed AT&T, right?

Apple must really like AT&T cuz they can talk and surf.
