Regardless of it being a RAM issue or not it's still an issue.

At this point I don't understand why Apple won't fix it.

It's annoying, it uses MUCH more data (relatively speaking), it waste time, it waste battery, you lose information previously input, etc etc.

With iOS 6 I never noticed this. With iOS 7 I'd have to make it happen. With iOS 8 I notice it constantly when using Safari.

Well there you go ;) One of your reasons this feature doesn't get changed. Don't forget the whole design of the device was based around cloud based apps etc, always got the latest and most current version etc...

Oh god ahhahahaha apple apologists are seriously trying to pass this off as a design feature.

There are millions of people trying to enjoy their new phones this weekend. They have waited a long time and paid hundreds of dollars for this. Why rain on their parade with negativity? Apple has a strong reason to believe that 1GB RAM is sufficient, so why keep questioning that?

Yes best to close your eyes cover your ears and keep saying, it will all be ok. God forbid anyone not love some random feature.

That "strong reason" is called profit margin. And perhaps planned obsolescence. No other reasons to limit memory

I can open at least 8 tabs on my iPhone 6 and no refresh. I haven't tried more, but if I ever have so many open that they start the refresh (my iPad does do that SOMETIMES) then maybe I just need to focus on one damn tab at a time or add them to read later/bookmark.

I finally nailed it!!!!!

Simply (Reset All Settings)!! will fix the problem.:cool:

i did have this problem on both my iPhones 6 and 6+. they just won't handle 3 taps!! now they both have 7 taps with no problem.

Resetting all settings will NOT delete any media or files from your iPhone.
Do it, it is guaranteed.

Regards and enjoy
