Its a discussion board. Once a year a new phone comes out and a lot of people show up to express themselves and have discussions. Its like this every year so if you're really going to get this emotional over it now at pre-release then what are you going to do when the phone actually comes out? J

I feel as cell phones have become so very important to people these days, having discussions about everything that deals with them is helpful.
People bring up items that may have been missed, so we all gain from what is posted.
 
I doubt that the vast majority of Apple's customer base knows or gives a damn if 2017 is the 10th anniversary. It's not like people are wedded to their iPhones as some of us on this site are. Heck, some people are lucky to remember their own anniversaries after 10 years. I think Apple should stick to doing what it needs to do and not get distracted by all this anniversary brouhaha and deliver some "special edition" crap.

If just a few of the rumors in regards to 10th Apple iPhone anniversary, turn out to be true i am betting there will be a high demand, from both Apple iPhone owners and all new phone buyers for this new Apple iPhone what ever it's called.
 
Actually I've decided to wait for the iPhone 11S with rumored 3D Food Printer and Laser Blaster. Should be a game changer.
 
I'm still using iPhone 5 :p and might wait for next year iPhone to upgrade.

No emotions, just never understood why people need the approval of others' to justify their own purchases.
