I think your headphone choices also leave something to be desired. That's obviously not the cause of this problem though.

Aside from the fact that I'm clueless as to why you're using an ipod touch on a TRAMPOLINE for 3 HOURS a day, and NOT doing anything special like flips, gymnastics, training, etc, I would have to say that either 1) you need to rethink your entertainment strategy, or 2) you need to get another mp3 player.

Trampoline jumping isn't nice on any device, and I still can't fathom 3 hours a day. Mind blowing.

But, different strokes for different I guess, and I'd have to say this issue is probably more with you than with the device build itself. Take it to an Apple store, get it fixed, and stop using it on the trampoline. Sounds like you need a Sansa or something cheap for music that you can beat up.

Just get a shuffle, or like a something from Sony cheap.
