What I find interesting is the fact that at home I still frequently use and enjoy my iPad mini 7. It’s always been a favorite even though I have an iPad Pro.When the iPad mini was originally released it sold well due to its dimensions being similar to a dvd movie case. While technologies such as Face ID, ProMotion, etc have yet to be on iPad mini it’s appeal has shifted though still has a market on some industries.
I like the present mini minus the jelly-scroll hence it was difficult for me to forego it. If the jelly is fixed and maybe ProMotion incorporated I would get one again. Having OLED would be nice too but I don’t watch movies on small screens unless I am travelling or have no other option.
Upon acquiring my Z Fold7, it’s main use case is carrying it daily to work in the field where portability and instant access are its strengths.
Content consumption of movies and the like is done at home on other devices with larger screen sizes. It’s nice to have choices.
