I've toyed with the idea a couple of times in the past, but decided against it for a few reasons...i know it would take a lot of work but it would be kinda fun if Jaffa had time to make two leagues and start relegating and promoting...
- As you say, it would increase my admin levels considerably.
- Although we have a regular core of teams who come back each year, there are always a few who stop posting or don't fancy taking part eek for whatever reason. That would make it tricky to be consistent with who goes up and down, and stuff.
- With a competition like this, I think it's probably fairer that our champion is simply whoever scores the most points over the course of the season - otherwise you could end up with a team outperforming everyone but not winning the title because they're in the second division. One way around this might be to make things purely head-to-head, but then that adds a whole new level of admin!
- If we introduce relegation, Pachyderm FC would be non-League before you know it.
It certainly would be a fun addition, but it would be tough to make it workable.
Anyway, just a reminder - no Premier League this week as it's another International Break. Our next deadline is 23 November at 11.30am (GMT) for Gameweek 12.

I hate him this fantasy season, though a refreshing change it is because of good football and the points he is racking up - there are also his comical pats on the head and thumbs up after he's stuck a little one on an opponent. Of course come the next big incident, I'll want him tied to four horses.

Thank goodness for January's Wildcard. The team's value was at an all time low of 97.7. Drastic changes have been made. Yes, I added and captained Suarez. So don't worry about the ol' Stoplights, boys. We're back. We may even crack the top 20 in the next couple of... months. Maybe even stay in the top 2 milliion overall. High hopes here. The expectations are off the charts!
