A mix of new and old, and long running shows. Quite a seasoned couch potato are we?Keeping Up Appearances somehow appeals to everyone, classic show!
But which 5 are you choosing or are you sticking with 6?
I am a couch potato, and I'm proud of it!
And sorry, I didn't mean to confuse you, I'll have the 6 if that's okay? I'll make comments on others if that's cool, but I won't add them to my list, unless I say that I want to add/remove... And who doesn't like Keeping Up Appearances?!?! And it's pronounced Bouquet, not Bucket! Another very, very, very funny British show! It's terrific if you like Keeping Up Appearances or any of the other British shows I listed (Yes Minister etc.)

One of the best ever. I was in a game of TF2 a few nights ago and the whole game ground to a halt (that's 32 players) just throwing Alan Partridge quotes at each other.
I found it very hard not picking that as my most recommended show.

Having lived in Norwich whilst a student, it's close to my heart... I forgot about 'The Day Today'. If you like Partridge you should check it out too. Also the Radio 4 Partridge series (and for that matter the Mighty Boosh radio show which is amazing and sooo much better than the TV show).

I noticed you added the Wiki/IMDB pages for the shows with > 2 votes. This is pretty cool, keep it up! I'm always looking for new shows to watch.

I don't watch TV. I do all my show viewing through iTunes. I am one of those who didn't discover or even know about Lost until about a year and a half ago. Even then, I only downloaded the pilot episode because it was free on iTunes and loved it and then bought all except for the current season.
I just discovered Six Feet Under on Friday and am now hooked. I am halfway through season one already.
Other shows I am currently watching are 30 Rock, and the Office. Gotta vote for Weeds and Dexter as well.
When I mean TV, I mean TV shows, but you know what I mean
I will give Lost a chance one day, just need to find a block of time to start from the very beginning.And could you put your votes in a list like the others? Makes it easier for me to figure out your votes. Thanks

BBT, not bad, a little forced humour, the IT Crowd is the right level of dorkiness for me. Men, it's getting back to where it was! As for SG, it's been a long long while since I've seen any, but I've got too many shows on my plate atm.

And there it is. However, Neighbours isn't really that horrible. H&W, now that's bad. The acting and the actors don't look as good either. Sunrise (seriously) beats the poop out of all the other morning shows.

that makes it so tough. why cant you make it top 20 shows! lol. ive been watching SGU - the original was SOO much better.a bit young? ill take that as a compliment hehe. im 20.. used to watch friends every night with my family. i now have all the seasons and watch them regularly
