After making that post, I ended up doing just that. I didn't expect that iTunes was still working in that way, and was pleasantly surprised to learn otherwise.

Now, I have an old Windows box fulfilling my audio needs, and can listen to Sirius, Youtube, Pandora, and anything else I find.
iTunes 4.0 still works on OS X. Once you add a stream it shows up in the list of 'songs'. Then just a matter of double-clicking like normal.

I mention 4.0 because that's what I use on my G3 server to share my library. It's old of course, but it's the ONLY version of iTunes ever released that allows you to stream your library over the internet. Means I can stream my library when I'm away from home. At least with my PowerPC Macs anyway. Your other Macs have to be running 4.0 as well.
