I really do enjoy that show. ...I get somewhat frustrated though because I know I haven't seen many of the episodes, while others I have seen close to 10 times! ...The Discovery Channel needs to work on their reruns variety.

Sometimes I have my doubts about their procedures, but I also have to remember that there is much more science behind the scenes that we never see. (Remember the episode where they had to get a second palm tree because the first wasn't the right type?)

Absolutely, that was the best one. The sound that the explosion made still resonates in my head. I think that was the most awesome thing ever. And the things they do with the full-sized RC cars are so awesome.

Finally, yeah, I'd vote for Kari without a doubt. Jamie & Adam is a tie. Jamie usually has the better methods, but Adam is just so darn funny.

You SIR have great taste in TV :). Between Mythbusters, and Good Eats thats almost all I watch :), and FWIW Alton did do a Myth Bu......Smashers Episode
 
I had to vote for both Adam and Kari, because I chose them for totally different reasons.

They have the ability to make it much more "accurate" (and thus uber-dorky) but thankfully they don't because it would be horribly dull to the vast majority of their audience. They have it just scientific enough to make it entertaining and more or less factual. These are not big matters, it's just hammering out urban legends. I think they've done a brilliant job.

As for the poll, I like them all, great combo of people.
 
They will go back and revisit myths when people point out flaws in their experiments. They also admit when their wrong.

I love the show! Where's the "All of the above" option in the poll?
 
I'm so used to polls only allowing one choice, I didn't even think of trying that!:eek:

ditto. my DVR is filled with mythbusters, good eats, extreme engineering, Lost, studio 60 and 24.

I think Discovery channel has some of the best shows on tv. Mythbusters, Man vs. Wild, Stunt Junkies, How It's Made. good stuff.
