I don't think it will be called Ultra. To me the best phone will be the iPhone Pro Max. The iPhone Fold is a new line of phones and can't be Ultra on the first version.

I hope it isn’t called the Ultra just because it (rumored) lacks ultra cameras, lacks ultra FaceID, lacks an action button?? These are borderline Air-level compromises. Some day, however, I do expect it to have closer to feature parity with the Pro. But for Gen 1 it sounds like it will be moderately compromised. I’m planning to skip.

I still believe in the stupid name PhoneBook, in the same ways as our existing “folding” MacBook’s. Maybe its wrong, but Ultra is not an alternative.

If I had to choose only one then iPhone Duo. But otherwise it could be anything among Duo/Ultra/Fold.

I would be surprised if they called in the Ultra seeing as all rumours suggest it is feature compromised. Calling it 'Fold' is also unlikely as Samsung have that naming convention already and Apple try and steer clear of copying terminology.

I like iPhone duo for a few reasons
- for 2 screens
- position it as iOS on outer screen, 'iPadOS' features on inner screen (duoOS?)
- shouldn't be ultra because some features less than pro / pro max (cameras, faceID etc)
- duo price

Apple has started naming its new products “Apple Something.” I’m guessing they’ll do the same with Flop.
