The New iPad Pre-Order Status Thread (USA) - All Models

Guys, do this on the website. Right now its working better than the app and if you need 2 you can select two...whereas on the app you cannot get more than one.
 
Got a 64GB Black Verizon model for 3/16. About 10 mins ago.

Now store is down again.

It did also put 2 in the cart. I could not see at first how to change to one. Changed number to 1 in box but did not see an update button. Clicked on cart button again and there was just one in there. Checkout was fast.

No email yet.
 
Well after many attempts, I finally got an order number. Processing took 10 seconds. Getting to processing took 10 minutes.

Still no email confirmation. But I do see my order listed when I login to view my Order Statuses.

Gotta love these Apple ordering days.

Somehow I managed to put 2 iPads in my cart before it pooped out. Heck, I would have just completed the order and sent one back just to get through this process.
 
took about 30 minutes and a switch to Google Chrome (the irony) but I was able to order a Black 32gb Verizon LTE.

Got a confirmation email too

+1 thats where i get stuck every damn time the site goes back up
 
Holy crap that was an endeavor. Got to the checkout screen on 4 different devices (two iPads, an iPhone and a MBP) only to be locked out in one form or another. Finally got through and processed the order only to realize the debit card on file with the Apple Store was my old one (same #, different exp. date). D'oh! After 10 minutes of the store crashing again, I was able to get in there and edit the payment preferences and I got my confirmation email with scheduled delivery of 3/16. 32GB Wi-Fi black, here I come. iPad2 32GB Wi-Fi black, time to find you a new home!
 
Got my 64GB Black iPad. Skipped LTE since I plan on upgrading my iPhone to LTE when that comes.

Edit* email came through

Excited! Can't wait til Friday afternoon next week. Can't come soon enough. Now to look for iTunes gift card deals!
 
Got it.

Hope I did not severely devalue the purchase with engraving, but I thought it was a cool thing to have.

Keep that window -- I had one in cart during the first window of opportunity, it was still there when the store came back and I quickly got it ordered.
 
Finally at the check out screen but there are 10 iPads in my cart and it won't let me delete them. Is this a joke!?
