Well – yes and no. I mean I can't vouch for @jpietrzak8 but Tim & Co DO advertise iPad as "Super. Computer." and talked at length about how sad it is that some people have PCs at home when they could have an iPad.I presume this is tongue in cheek?

I don't find Windows 10 too bad from where 8 was. I understand being forced out of 7 but 10 has inherited most of 7 and continues to improve.
I use to be a total Windows hater when I left after 8 came out and moved to OS X. I swore I would never go back but Apple has forced me to rethink because of their hardware and I've been using Windows 10/Linux for the past year so I can have a smooth transition back to a PC where I can control my own hardware choices.
I think most Mac users are satisfied with the current hardware but I demand more power for what I do.
The 2012 Mac Mini was the perfect machine for its time and it's too bad Apple did not carry on with that design.
Not long now so if you've made it this far it's just a little while longer. Hang on in there and you will be rewarded!
Really depends on how you use the computer.Am I crazy for seriously considering the mid-level 2014 Mac Mini at this point? Refurb for $719 Canadian.
Also in the running are:
- 2012 Macbook pro for $1139 Canadian.
- 2015 Macbook for $1139 Canadian.
- 2015 Macbook Pro retina for $1309 Canadian.
- 2014 iMac for $1099 Canadian.
I'm so undecided. I keep switching between all of the above options.
I believe it will be here before 36.999876 months. If I use my 2012 Mac Mini to do some calculations, I believe I could come up with the exact date but it's way on the other side of my room and I don't want to walk over there.Almost certainly!
When an iPad can do everything my Mac Mini can do, then you will be correct. Till then, I continue using a few MBPs and a Mac Mini. You people just don't get the message do you?
Take a Mini, smash it flat, put an ARM chip in it, load IOS.
The iPad is the future of the PC. So let it be written, so let it be done.
Obviously you haven't got the memo from Apple. When an iPad can do everything my Mac Mini can do, then you will be correct. Till then, I continue using a few MBPs and a Mac Mini.
I did. They're wrong.Obviously you haven't got the memo from Apple.![]()
