Looking forward to the start of the final season.

Hey, a question for any BSG fans out there. I started watching the series from the start again awhile ago and had forgot about one thing:

Was it ever determined or explained who left Adama that note on his desk stating that there were 12 models? confused: Who knew this fact from the start and who left him the note? Can't recall that ever being resolved, and it is an awfully intriguing and significant piece of the puzzle in my opinion.

Thoughts?

I guess I assumed at the time it had to be Baltar, because at that point, he was the only one who knew there were 12 models.

It wasn't mentioned until relatively late in the series as a whole that even the current cylons don't know what the Five look like.

Can't wait for this season to start!

Yeah, I suppose that would sense for the time. Presumably even the last remaining Cylon doesn't know he/she is a Cylon and would have been in a position to leave that note.

Yeah, I thought it was Baltar also. Although it could have been one of the infiltrated Sixes, like the one who tries to incriminate him.

So now, who's the last Cylon? It seems like Starbuck, Roslin, and Baltar are the primary candidates. I personally write off Kara and Baltar, because Leoben wanted Kara and Caprica loves Baltar, and it doesn't make sense for Cylons to be going after other Cylons. So I nominate Roslin as the final Cylon....

I tend to agree, however I don't know how that would work then with the whole Roslin having cancer and being cured by Cylon blood thing, if she were in fact a Cylon. I guess the final five are different though, so who knows...

Hilarious! The whole series wrapped up in 8 min.

Thanks for the link! I was going to ask if that was available online. I can't watch it at work, but I'm going to watch it before I watch the new episode.

Although, I do have to say, the commercials for that were kinda sad. I mean, frack is funny if you say it here and there, but saying it fifty times in one poorly narrated commercial reeks of Microsoft Zune advertising.

This isn't the best for a "get back up to speed" update, it's really the entire series humorously retold. Great for a laugh. Really good sarcastic and dry humor.:D

Either missed or zoned out in the commercial, so no comment there.

Damn you NBC for yanking this show off iTunes. Thank you Hulu. This episode better be uploaded tomorrow. Wish unboxed worked on the Mac. Still won't pay for cable, but if this where on the 360 or PS3's marketplace I would buy one just for this.

Just got home from my soccer play-off game and am looking forward to watching the premiere. Am acquiring it as we speak. :D

i dropped watching bsg in the third season. there was too much maudlin and sentimentalism. but now the story seems to move again and i have to say i like it. i was skeptical how they keep the story consistent with the newly identified cylons but i guess they find a way to keep it logical. i just wish it was on itunes:(

i'm thinking of cancelling comcast soon because comcast digital sucks in terms of picture quality (loses sound, pictures drop out, blocky, pixelated, channel switching takes 3-4 seconds, often it say channel available soon.....)

Great first ep back. Gotta one burning question though...

How the hell did Starbuck's Viper come back being brand new? Truly puzzling. I also loved it when she said she shoot Anders between the eyes if he was a cyclon. Excellent.

I shouldn't complain because it's free, but hulu puts the commercials in 5 seconds after the broadcast cut from commercials. At least they trying to put them where they're supposed to be and there only 10 seconds long.

Next week... Cylon civil war? Gotta love that Cavil. Looks like they're keeping their secrets better this season than last year. No more leaked production photo's from 8 episodes ahead. Hope the final Cylon is a better kept secret than the death/return of Starbuck.

My money's on Hotdog.

Just a joke. You ever watch Galacticast?

By the way both joking and seriously, What is Helo's job now?

LOL okay, I'm with you now. And good question! lol... people seem to be able to just hang around for months at a time not doing any useful work, but living aboard the Galactica. :p Tigh, Apollo, and Helo seem to have all done it!

P.S. Does that guy playing Gaehta have a Firefox tattoo?

The Raider clearly seems to scan / communicate with Anders, and in the preview, there's discussion of the humanoid Cylons' (particularly the Cavils) decision to hold back the Raiders intellectually... We know from Deanna (apologizing perhaps to Tigh, as one of the Final Five, for not having known he was a Cylon when she tortured her?) and also Caprica, I think, that the humanoid Cylons don't seem to be able to identify the Final Five. But clearly the Raider could / did. I wonder what it'll mean....

Yeah, I agree, it's going to make for some interesting developments I'm sure.

Still need to find out what exactly happened to Starbuck and how she ended up with a new Viper... I'm sure they'll drag that one on for a while. ;)

Things are shaping up well so far - I wonder what they'll hit us with for the mid-season cliffhanger. :D
