What is wrong with people on here? So your telling me rather than return the phone and wait a month for the hardware fix and re purchase, you would rather keep the defective model which will most likley sell for less? Maybe i'm just more savy with money! Christ.

My phone isn't defective, is yours? Apple will not redo hardware without giving every single person a with a "defective one" a new one.

Yeah, just return it already. And there will not be a hardware fix so you'll be fine with some other phone.

I don't care about resale value. I plan on using this phone for two years and if I even get 100 bux for it afterwards, bonus. It will probably be not pristine by then anyways. I bought his phone to be used, not to worry about how much it will sell for after I am done with it.
