i have gone 5 times already and i keep trying to reason why the 6+ is not worth it , but this time i went and messed around with it, i realized its the one i want , its more interesting than this 6 i have , and so what if i have to wait a month , its worth it imo lol

Since you came to that realization, then just return the 6 immediately.
I suggest you not order from the Apple online store and just check the stock online for in-store pickup. Apple stores receive new batches depending on the day and the night, so you will most likely be able to snipe one and get a device faster than if you were to order online and wait 3-4 weeks.

Theres also the option of ordering not direct from the Apple store, based on what I've seen, the prices of the phones have gotten past the "ridiculous scalper price" phase and are more reasonable than before.

will do , thanks for the advice , sniping a 64gb space grey 6+ may be kind hard though lol

I just saw one this afternoon that vanished within 30 mins of being in stock at 3 stores in the area. 64GB is a popular size, Space Grey is a popular color. Way to "be different" lol. Sizewise, if you were looking for 16 or 128, it would be more difficult.

Personally, coming from a 5S the 6 just didn't feel like as much of an upgrade that I had hoped for. Although they are both very similar, and great devices, I feel much more immersed using the 6+. I find myself getting excited to see what app developers are able to do with the extra screen real-estate (even though a surprising amount of big name apps have yet to roll out).

That being said, I've only had the 6 plus for a short time. I do think it is bordering on the large side for certain tasks. I would be a little nervous bringing it to the gym and would probably use a nano instead. I think it will be an adjustment, but nothing most people can't handle. Def recommend seeing it hands on and seeing if it is for you or not

I'm also a college student. I purchased the 6+ on release day and I love it. I'm still wondering if it's the best option for me though. It's rather uncomfortable having it in my jeans pocket when I'm walking to and from class and sitting down. I find myself laying it on my desk instead of keeping it in my pocket like I did with my 5s. I used my moms 6 and it just felt too small so I don't know what I'm going to do. I'm currently using my 5s and can barely type because I'm used to the nice 6+ keyboard. It's definitely a tough decision.

its funny how i use to ask for apple to give more options , now theres more options and more questions of if i made the right choice or not

I know what you mean. And now what I really want is a phone that takes the middle ground between the 4.7" and 5.5" -- for instance: 5.2", 1080p (with 768x432 point scaling @ 2.5x), OIS, 7.1-7.5mm thick w/ a 2500mah battery or so (not sure if that would fit). Oh, and 2GB of RAM, please.

I'd have happily shelled out $299/399/499 (for 16/64/128GB) for a phone like that. But in the world of consumer electronics there's rarely ever a product that's precisely what you want...

Guess I'm the opposite. Had my 64gb space gray 6+ since launch and just picked up a 6 64gb yesterday. Man the smaller size feels a lot better in hand. I can just navigate through the phone easier and have the option of using it one handed. Also I feel more comfortable pulling it out of my pocket and having it drop or something.

Every time I look at my 6+ sitting at my desk I miss it. But it's not practical for me.. I enjoy mobility more than the larger screen

I actually pre-ordered and received a 6 ($749+tx) and 6 plus ($849+tx)using att next both 64gb silver, both on launch day as well.

Sold the 6 plus few hours later for $1220 and now returning my iphone 6 back to At&t and going back to Iphone 5s for now.

I will use my 5s for few more weeks and keep searching for a iphone 6 on ebay or craigslist. People who are upgrading via contract are paying $300 for Iphone 6 and will easily take $600 for it. I dont see a reason why i should pay $749 + tax for same thing. Might as well wait and then buy it again.

Buying a phone tied to a contract carries the risk of being blacklisted by the previous owner, either by reporting it stolen or non payment.

im a college student as well and I got a 64gb iPhone 6 as well and I personally went with the 6 only because I workout a lot, the 6+ would be a hassle for me only because its just a tad too big for me, when i squat I would have to take the phone out of my pocket because it would have been too large for my pockets and I'm not a small person so I don't wear small shorts, plus it would have been a pain for me to run with it and I HATE armbands, I can never find one big enough to fit my arms, I mean thats just my two cents, the 6 is perfect for me, I get an entire day out of a charge, I'm averaging 8.5-9.5 hours of usage, my 5S was dead at around 430-5, my 6 goes all the way until 11 o'clock with the same usage, I only wish the 6 had a 1080p screen but the size is perfect and I can live with 750p resolution it has
Thinly veiled "I've got massive guns" brag :p ;)

So you're going to the iPhone 6 Plus just with 16GB over the iPhone 6 64GB you currently have?
