I have to say i'm not surprised, i owned the S4 having made the mistake to move from an iPhone 4S. i wanted to try it and see what all the "fandroid" fuss was about. I was VERY disappointed hence the reason why i sold it and now waiting for the iPhone 5S to come out. I find that Samsung are all marketing and don't care about the quality of the product, they just pump out phone after phone.
I found the S4 to lag and the quality of apps was appalling. I'm happy to be returning to the iPhone and :apple:

S4, lag? I thought it has a QUAD CORE 1.9GHZ CPU?! By right it should have a theoretical performance of 7.6 ghz then? Why does it still lag?

Surprisingly not many realized now the market trend is that bigger screens are innovation. When Samsung releases a flagship Galaxy S phone every year with increasingly larger screens its deemed as an innovation, throw in a few features like smart stay and smart scroll (Which works, like once in a while) and its a blockbuster phone! Galaxy note: Bigger and bigger screens, some nifty stylus tricks (Only a rare few actually find real use of it, to be honest) - iPhone DESTROYER! Oh don't forget adding more cores and turning up clockspeed is extremely innovative and is the best way to improve performance.

Apple- Fingerprint scanner which actually works extremely fast? (Please don't mention the Atrix its not even close to being a fingerprint scanner if compared side by side)
A7 Chip which is still dual core and is clocked lower than the competition and still bests them all?
MEH. Apple sux. Apple is doomed.

My experience is exactly the same. To anyone thinking about making the change, think twice if the S4 is what you are considering.

It's just quirky and buggy to an extent that completely detracts from whatever perks the S4 offers. I literally tweak elements of the S4 daily to try and get it working "right".

At the moment I'm torn between giving android another shot with a G2, or rushing back to the iPhone 5S.

But all in all, the S4 is VERY overrated.

I find it very annoying when they put the adverts on TV advertising the phone to do things it doesn't do most of the time. Plus people moan about the iPhone 5 battery the S4 sucked, not even a whole day on a single charge. No wonder they boast about being able to take the battery out and change it, you need it. From my experience I will be sticking with :apple: from now on and iPhone.

It lags for a number of different reasons and that even without mentioning that it crashed more times than any iPhone I had in the past. Now nothing is perfect but the S4 wasn't worth the price tag. People complain about the iPhone, but on sim free the S4 was more expensive here in the UK at £579  really wasn't worth it. The features were gimmicky at best and most of the time didn't work. Samsung mobiles are all marketing and not a decent product. I will be glad to be getting an iPhone 5 and to return to :apple: where I shall be staying!!!
