The rMPB BTO Shipping Thread

Is there any flight from KSDF to CYYZ between 11AM EST and 4AM the next morning? If not, then mine's about to hang out in Louisville for another day. :(
 
Mine's at Stansted now.

I've seen the tracking get a bit ahead of itself after Cologne - shows as at your local depot a few minutes after take-off.
 
Isn't that because of the time difference? The flight from Cologne is probably just over an hour to the UK.

IIRC, my past shipments went to Louisville then to Port Hope, ON, for further transfer. Actually, my shipment went to Edmonton, KY (I checked and there is nothing there but churches, so I think it was erroneously processed and not a UPS facility), before making its way to ON. Then eventually to Edmonton, AB.


Seems there is a flight from Louisville to YYZ at 4:34 am.
 
Out for delivery. Though my mrs is only in for part of the day. :eek:

Apple estimated the 2nd, UPS had said the 4th!

No, even accounting for the time difference. I think it's just a quirk of the system - I've seen mine show import at Stansted whilst in Shanghai.
 
Well, it definitely seems to be quirky alright. Mine's gone straight from 'Cologne import scan' to 'London - out for delivery'. Yippee!
 
Mine went to Castle Donnington too and is out for delivery in London now. Though their website still says estimated on the 4th. Argh this is the worst part. When will they ever implement van tracking or something better so as not to make one sit by the door all day?
 
Delivering one day early, so today! Damn, I'm only home for about 3hours then I gotta go to work :(.

Let's hope they make the delivery before that!
Delivery by UPS (Belgium) btw.
 
Well. Mine's out for delivery from Donington. Quite incredible the journey it's gone through. Enjoy them when they arrive everyone :)

Apple said 31st Oct to 4th Nov, so I'll be very happy if it turns up today :D

All you guys getting delivery with UPS are lucky.

To Switzerland the shipments are via TNT and here is what i have now:

28 Oct 2013 21:38:26 Pudong International Airport Shipment In Transit.
28 Oct 2013 20:46:28 Pudong International Airport Shipment Received At Tnt Location
28 Oct 2013 20:32:00 Shanghai Shipment In Transit.
28 Oct 2013 20:30:15 Shanghai Shipment In Transit.
28 Oct 2013 18:02:21 Shanghai Shipment Collected From Custome

Nothing since the 28th. There has been a TNT cargo flight arriving from Pudong airport yesterday in Liege, Belgium. It is well possible my mac was on there but there is still NO update on the system.

TNT tracking is more than sparse and frustrating. Where is my mac? Why are there no updates. This has been the case with every Apple shipment i had via TNT.

This starts to piss me off. Especially since other customers in Europe have been receiving their macs which where shipped via UPS on the same day mine was shipped via TNT.

I ordered the 15" 2.6/16/1 TB/750 M but then decided the 2.6 might be overkill. Unfortunately I couldn't change my order, so I placed another one for the 2.3 model (2.3/16/1 TB/750 M).

Once your MBP arrives in Memphis, it will stay there until the overnight flight to Dulles:

2:55AM Depart Memphis
5:27AM Arrives in Dulles
7:00AM Arrives at your local shipping center - e.g. Alexandria
Out for delivery :)

Me too.

When i had my 5s delivered by Three they used DPD, who not only gave me a 1 hour window in which the delivery would be made, but gave me what number my package was on the truck (i was number 53 :mad:). You could also track the truck via their website. i didn't get much work done that day!!
 
My 13" MBPr 2.4/16/256 just arrived! It was due tomorrow. I ordered it a couple of hours after the keynote. It stopped in Koeln and in Venice for a full day each.
 
Mine (UPS9 landed in Cologne tonight) is out for delivery in northern Italy too :D

Didn't expect that... tonight's switches must have been blazing fast!

Mine has arrived. What a journey!

Now to just get home from work to play with it :D

So it's either UPS488 to Pearson, or UPS476 to Munro (Hamilton/Mt.Hope), but they're both around the same time, 4-5AM the next morning.

When TNT ships to Australia, they apparently seem to update the status more frequently via the TNT Australia site than the global one that Apple links to. Maybe try copying your consignment number into their local website's tracking system?

I am using the local site. Global site doesn't even track for me.

I just saw my package went through their hub in the Netherlands. Still......nearly two days without updates is not ideal. With UPS you see each time a package takes off and lands.....many more steps documented!
