There isn't anything wrong with the phone, there is something wrong with the company that made the phone.

Yeah the way Apple launched Apple Intelligence has been a real downer. It's not that things have been delayed, but all the commercials all winter long advertising this AI when it wasn't ready was completely false advertising. I think the difference between Apple and Samsung though for me is Apple does have a pretty strict update schedule and the phone experience is pretty good, not to mention I'm still like 3/4ths part of the ecosystem (I still have the Mac Air, Apple TV, and even the Airpods). The only reason I had to go to Android was for the navigation system in my car. In the end I probably will stick with Samsung, but to be sold this phone and promised updates and then the next year be treated like "old news" is just bothersome. Again, it's not the phone, it's the customer service/experience.
