The SS Apple Watch Leather Loop update thread

My other watch went from CC charged about 11:30 pm then PFS just about 12:30am. It changed to shipped in the night. Had it in my hands less the 10hrs after CC charged. I picked up at the UPS distribution center but it would have been delivered that same after noon.
This watch has been PFS since before midnight last night and is still in PFS.

FWIW...

Had gone to check status, and wondering about when and how add Apple Care when status is PFS, and decided to try the Chat thing. got someone who said I would need to "contact AppleCare at 1-800-275-2273 after you receive it within 60 days."

They then asked if any other questions, so asked about how long to go from PFS to Shipped and what event actually triggers that. Was told,

" When it goes prepared to ship it means that it is sitting on the dock with shipping labels just waiting on the carrier to pick it up from us. In most cases it can be in this status for up to a day."

I asked if that was in China or in the US, and was told, "Still in the US. The warehouse is located in Tennessee."

and, "In most cases it can even deliver the day after it is shipped."

Told me to keep an eye out for status change, (ha, yeah, like more than every 5 minutes? ;-P)
 
Still PFD here since 9:30am.

A few on here have said my watch will arrive tomorrow but I'm losing hope.
 
we are a definitely an impatient bunch...includes me too i guess...for a month we were begging god to go to prepared for shipping...now because we are there for a couple hours, we are using words like stuck and etc... By Friday we will all have our watches....the hard part is over....being stuck since 930 i don't think is really a problem ...
 
FWIW...I seem to remember one iPhone launch where the website status did not keep up with the shipping. I got my phone delivered to me before the website even had tracking info. Hoping something similar is happening here.
 
Ordered 4/10 at about 6:50pm EST.

Originally showed as shipping in June

On 4/27, shipping window changed to May 29-June 11.

Just this morning, I noticed it was "Preparing for shipment", then changed to "Shipped" and I now have a UPS My Choice email saying to expect delivery tomorrow.

yikes. that's kind of scary. I'm waiting on that status change and email to know which day to be home.

Yeah, not so good if you're depending on the info to be at home. I work from home so pretty lucky there. But, when you're waiting for a delivery, it does make bathroom breaks a little tricky...haha
 
It appears that we are already into the afternoon of initial pre-order day....

Unfortunately, I didn't order mine until 4/11 3:52 pm. I am happy to see that the BLL's are finally shipping.
