AT&T's giving me weird ****. It's got my 200 MB data plan listed twice, once with Visual Voicemail and once without, each having a $15 monthly line-item. And my $5 texting plan is missing. Typical

Really quick! Do they charge your credit card when you preorder, or is it charged when the order is shipped?

They check for funds and then fully 'charge' when it ships. But the check for funds will hold on your account till the phone ships most likely.
