fake delivery exceptions
Fedex website says Delivery Exception for my tracking number. "Customer not available or business closed". I know for sure that wasn't true and there was someone at home. Also there was no door tags. So I called them, and the customer rep says my delivery was delayed for tomorrow, because they had so many packages from Apple. I asked her, why doesn't website say that. She didn't have an answer for that.
I'm guessing that they want to blame us for their ineptitude. Their numbers will look good and Apple will never know. I'm not sure if the local manager is shady or if it's a driver's mistake. Anyway, Nice going Fedex!
