It's a shame, but I guess with a mere 60,609,153 (As of July 2006) people living in the UK, its hardly worth it. That'd be why there is 7 retail stores. Or a retail store for every 8.6 Million people in the South of Britain Have Apple never heard of Scotland? Ireland? 🙄
That, of course, compared to 152 retail stores in the US, which has a population of 298,444,215 (As of July 2006) meaning a retail store for every 1.9 million people and these are spread around the country quite nicely. Hmmmm. Good figures.
Anyway, before I get carried away, I'm sure you can see my point.
