Other The Verge on overcharging: How do you charge your iPhone?

    Here is a nice video of The Verge on overcharging:


    So it is bad to charge to 100%, but it is not bad to keep it at 100% if I understand it correctly. Also, it’s best to keep it between 30 and 80%.

    I always just charge my X during the night, so to 100%. What do you do?

    It is not bad to charge to 100%.

    I don't know about others, but I am going to use my phone as much as I can, charge it to 100%, and rinse and repeat.

    The video, at its core, is clickbait.

    Clickbait article. Apple sells battery cases for the iPhone 7 and 6S. These cases help keep the battery much more healthier as the A9 and A10 manage rate of charge. Also, these cases keep the iPhone at a 100%.
