The site is up before the app. Just ordered 256 silver.

One place says delivers by 11/3 another says estimated to ship 11/3 so who knows.

I went into the app --> shop --> questions/messages in top right corner, typed iPhone X, clicked the link, then opened the page on my MacBook via Handoff. I was able to do the same in reverse (MacBook --> iPhone) when it would freeze. I finished the order on my iPhone.

This actually worked for me. the countdown went, I was able to order two phones for 11/3 delivery.
