Please don't move this to wasteland... I'm just trying to open up people's eyes a bit... Feel free to add if I've missed something in the list.

hi,
i'm i reaallly want the new MBP. but it has to have the following features in order for me to buy:

  • 64GB OF RAM
  • 4 SSDs
  • 20 HOUR BATTERY LIFE
  • NO OPTICAL DRIVE
  • (BLUE RAY)
  • SANDY BEACH PROCESSOR
  • LIGHTPEAK
  • USB 3.0
  • RETINA DISPLAY
  • LIQUID METAL DESIGN... THINNER AND LIGHTER.

P.S!! should i buy one now or wait?

Lol Sandy Beach. Wanna get a free coupon to the sea when buying a MBP?
I think you should wish for a ticket for Steve and the Applefactory. I heard they're 3 golden MBP spread in 10 million production. If you get a gold one then you can have a nice day with Steve in his factory!!!!

Yes.. Sandy Beach. I've seriously heard some people call it that. YES. Golden MBP for sure For sure..

I knew you were joking because you didn't include dual quad core processors in a raid configuration that were also waterproof so as to have a free-water cooling system (dumping ice water on the keyboard). Anybody knows that in order for your list to have merit it would have to have included that.

Okay well you could have 4 gigs of ram not 64 and 64 gigs of ssd, blue ray is an optical drive, no sch thing as sandy beach there is sandy bridge, what resolution is a retina display to you because u could say that wvga is a retina display, light peak is not finalized and Steve jobs has already turned down USB 3.


Buy now if you are an idiot and can't wait two weeks or wait and be smart

You are correct. Btw, to reply to your previous post, I don't think buying now makes anyone an idiot. There are many situations where someone needs a computer now, and the current specs would work just fine for them... Just a thought.
