I get on really well with my wired Mighty Mouse and even better with my Wireless Mighty Mouse.

If your white keyboard's lookin' dirty - try washing your hands ya' dirty bugger!

Top venting - isn't that going to be the latest Mac Pro design?

.....the hockey puck's pretty sad though.

And just how, may I ask, would you pass the information from your router to your Airport?

with 2 or 3 feet of wire.

if somebody needed more, they do have an invention called an extension cord!

most people are going to have their airport fairly near to their routher, right. my cat5 cable is 18". my usb cable to my printer is 6'. the router doesn't have a very long wire to it. so why should the ap have a cord that is SEVERAL TIMES AS LONG to plug into the same power strip?

i believe eletric code says something about an electric outlet about every 6'. how many apliances or lamps come standard with more that about 6' of wire, and they all plug in fine. some appliances come with only a 6 inch pigtail on them (electric chain saws, weedeaters, leaf blowers, etc. i don't need to have 18' of wire coiled up and tangled up with my cat5 and phone cables. the idea for wireless is to REDUCE clutter.

well no matter what you do, hair and crap always seems to get in there. unless you are a super clean person lol

Although it's not the worst design, I don't like the iBook/MacBook design very much (black even less than the white). For the absolute worst design I would say it would have to be the Macintosh XL, that's tied with the Puck mouse.

how do you clean it? im scared to break keys for some reason

I removed the 4 screws on the back, popped off the clear cover and then popped off the keys one by one. They're attached to the keyboard by pressure, so it will just take a nudge from a small screwdriver to pop them off. Once you clean them all, remember to put the space, delete, enter, return and shift keys with the metal springs in the proper location. It sounds scary, but it's not. Just boring :p

* the keys with metal springs pop off almost as easily as the normal ones. And don't worry about the caps lock and num lock keys and the LEDs, they won't come off with the keys :)

This Apple mouse, used to give me a sore hand.

Mono monitors with virtually uncleanable nylon antiglare mesh.

The creepy little eWorld city and its creepy little ePeople.

The dorky elastic-sided cases they used to ship with iPods.

My Keyboard makes a good drip tray!

I first touched a computer in 2001 so I can only comment on recent mac efforts:

1. Why did they take a perfectly good keyboard (current model) and place it inside a tray:confused: My last one, now deceased:( , doubled as a perfect drip tray, catching most of a mug of coffee and protecting my $10 laminex desk from getting wet.

2. Have to say I love the mighty mouse :) when it works properly, which, unfortunately, is hardly ever at all:( . Have to agree with others and say the MM is a bit of a dog:cool: , producing interesting results, although a great idea.:apple:

3. Any machine that voids my warranty if I decide to switch a hard drive or ram stick sucks too;)

I also happen to revolt how short the cable of the white keyboard is. I have a sliding tray and it's not long enough to loop around and have enough for when I slide it out. And it's pretty easy to get dirt inside it.

The keyboards come with an extension cable, no?

Mine did.

The Performas. Ugly little buggers. Had a 6116CD, and it was just ugly. All those flat, rectangular ones. Ugh.

Other than that, I never liked the G3 tower color scheme. There.
