iOS 4.1 work?

I'm running iOS 4.1 on my iphone4 and can't seem to get this to work. All that shows up is a black screen with the lock changing. I've left it open for a couple of seconds, and it doesn't load. Any ideas?

Does this work with 4.1? Any help would be much appreciated as I'm out of ideas, I tried re-installing and downloading from different sources. Other themes on winterboard seem to be working-- such as typophone4.

Did you read the first post? :)

I got some issues with the iPad version. I downloaded the files and wallpapers.
On the config.html page I changed:
wallaper set -> to the folder with the ipad wallpapers
Style sheet: SlantedLockIpad

When I do this I get the wallpapers in that folder, but I dont see anything concerning the weather or the clock.
If I put the wallpaper set to default, I just have a plain black lock screen.

How do I fix this?
*edit: stupid mistake : typed Ipad instead of iPad :)

Wow! I am glad there are people still using this theme.(besides me of course :p) Makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. :)

Make sure you have Winterboard installed. Winterboard will automatically create the Themes folder for you. The Themes folder can be found under: /Library/Themes

Amazing theme!

However, it goes dark a lot sooner over here and the screen looks a little out of place :p

FWIW, I'm still exploring to see if I can figure out an easier method to set backgrounds. As it seems, the majority of the support emails I get via Cydia deals with the background being black.

In case you guys aren't aware, Apple no longer uses PNG for their backgrounds. They use cpbitmap, which isn't compatible with any themes.

You would think if I make my theme's background to be transparent, you would see the Apple's default wallapper... But that isn't the case. For some reason, mobile safari renders transparency as BLACK. So that's a no go either.

More over, there may be additional GUI resources that have either been renamed or relocated. So the image jcutner posted above is probably because the slider background has been renamed.

I will eventually update the theme... Seeing that one of these days I will upgrade to 4.3.1, but I'm fairly loaded with work right now.

PS. If and when I update the package, there will be more goodies. ;)

Damn I just downloaded this today and I was been trying to figure out how to use a different background... oh well great theme

I'm having the same issue with the slider. Is there any way to go back to the default slider for the time being?

Hi guys

I can't seem to get the weather widget to appear on my lockscreen.

Any ideas why???

Hi all ... I've been using SlantedLock for a while on my iPhone and really like it. Recently I started using it on my iPad with the help of those folks who have posted modified CSS and .js files here in this thread.

I've been playing around with the CSS, but just can't seem to get the month/day/date information to overlap on the iPad like they do on the iPhone (see attachments).

Has anyone been able to format the CSS on the iPad similar to the iPhone layout?

Any update on the background issue with 4.3.x? I just upgraded to 4.3.3...would like to keep using SlantedLock.

Here's the manual workaround I used to get my SlantedLock background with iOS 4.3.3.

Edit SlantedLock.css and change the location of the background image:

Code:
background: url("/private/var/mobile/Documents/LockBackground.jpg") #000;
Then I put the JPG file I wanted to use as my background (renamed accordingly) into that location. Seems to work just fine. You can't use the built-in lockscreen changer to change your wallpaper, though, you'll have to manually copy the new image to that location every time. I don't switch much so it's not a big deal for me.

Thanks windracer, that worked.

I had previously tried a variation of what you suggested, but used the default /private/var/mobile/Library/SpringBoard dir and it didn't work.

I won't be using the built-in lockscreen wallpaper changer either, so not an issue.
