I've seen that message on previous years... It should change as soon as premier store opens up...
 
I was able to add a new line on att premier website, it started to become normal around 7:50am cst.

It was still showing "9/21" estimated delivery, but this is att you never know...

it still tells me there are no valid data plans available.... any thoughts
 
I kept getting that error message on Apple too when trying to add a new AT&T line to our family plan. Minutes earlier, an upgrade to the 5 on the same line worked without any problems, order confirmation and all.

This morning, went through the AT&T premier website, added the phone to the family plan, and was done in no time at all. Odd. Guess I'll have two phones coming from different sources next Friday.
 
I just successfully preordered with a new line on my family talk plan on the at&t premier site. (11:30 EST) The process was smooth. It still says arrives 9/21, but I won't hold my breath.
 
I got this error and gave up immediately and just paid the early upgrade price and it worked. glad I did now too because the phones sold out 20 minutes later. My credit is perfect and I got approved for multiple lines when I signed up so it had to be a glitch.

I am ATT Premier customer, I have a FAN account, I guess this is giving all the trouble!

This is pure BS. I got a similar message because I have a PO Box and it aborted the order, sent me to the apple.com main page. Now I cant change my AT&T address on file because "your account is less than 30 days old and/or a 1st bill has not been produced for this account"? I've been a customer for 8 years!!!!!!!

Idiots. Every last one of them. No one thinks anything out these days and I guess that is why we're not putting men on the moon anymore - WE COULDNT IF WE TRIED these days!
