There will be an iPhone 6 released next month. 2 reasons why

IMO, there will be the old iPhone 5, new 5C and the new 5S.
And no more iPhone 4 and 4S because they want everyone up to the 4inch screen size for next years iPhone 6 with even bigger screen size. The iPhone 5 replaces the 4S and the iPhone 5C the iPhone 4.
They don't want 3 different iPhone screen sizes.
In 5-6 weeks we will know more

Why is what something is called important? Can't keep track of 3 models -can you keep track of 3 Toyota models?

All pictures, which don't necessary mean much, indicate very similar form factor which goes along with s or c or ? model names. Apple, in the past has changed form factor significantly (size, location of buttons etc) when number changed.

Why is everyone so worried about sucess? If you like phone, features and the apple infrastructure you'll buy - if you don't you won't.

Apple needs to make a bigger screen phone... I think doing another iphone 5 with minor updates it's juts not good

Why would apple have 3 phones having the number 5 on it ?

It's just very stupid and confusing
So I believe apple is going to release the iPhone 6 as the premium phone
And the iPhone 5C as the cheaper phone.. But it will still be better than the iPhone 5 because it will have better better life and less problems with the design
So it makes more sense to do it like
iPhone 5C being the cheaper
And iPhone 6 being the premium one
And same story for next year
iPhone 6C and iPhone 7
C being an updated version of the last year phone with improved battery and fixed errors.
And maybe that's why ios 7 is so different because the iPhone 6 will have a bigger screen and the fingerprint scanner.

Iphone 5C and Iphone 5S sounds fine to me.

There won't be an Iphone 6 as it's not a large change.

Plus nobody knows it's going to be an Iphone 5C just speculation.

Iphone 6? 5.0" screen
Iphone 6? 4.5" screen
Iphone 6c 4.0" screen

Next year they will release a larger phone, i think we can all pretty much agree on that. The size will be debated until it is released. The fact is though, is that there are really 3 groups of people, small screens, medium, and then large. Samsung seemingly going to do this on all there devices now, HTC is doing it with the HTC One and most likely any other phones. Other manufactures will follow.

It will be interesting to see what they name them though, there cant be just "6" if they actually release 3 devices.

my contracts up in Oct with AT&T, and it couldn't be at a better time. I'm switching carriers to T-mobile, and plan on the 5s/6. I'm even considering the Galaxy S5, or HTC One.

You are likely right, however leaks are not guaranteed. For one, leaks often happen at production. It's possible (but improbably) the new iPhone hasn't reached production yet. Look at the Mac Pro. Yes, I know it has a much smaller following, but ANYTHING Apple is a hot leak right now. We barely got more than a rumor that a new Mac Pro was coming. And that rumor had been going for 3+ years. My point is, lack of leaks is not evidence of lack of upcoming product.
