To be perfectly honest, this software has to be in beta for a good long year. With people using it with accents, speech problems (such as myself), etc, Apple will have a treasure trove of information to use to improve Siri. There is no way you would ever be able to achieve that outside of a public beta. I know that we all love for things to be fully baked the moment we get them, but that just isn't the case with Siri.
