uhhh im returning my 747 boeing cause its a terrible car. its a PITA to drive around sometimes, friends and family don't like the fact that i have a few different methods for travelling,

HOWEVER. theres a few problems i have with switching over to a car though,

its not as fast as my plane
its small in comparison to the 747 (duh)
i don't like the idea of payin- oh i guess i do pay less gas for a car.

Lol! I love analogies...especially in arguments. Kind of sinks the point home. Love it!

Return iPad and get an phone as many have already said. The iPhones 3G/wanna be 4G isn't really as slow as you may be thinking. I know it isn't as fast as LTE but it's not going to feel like EDGE. Also, check out phones other than the iPhone that may also have LTE. Maybe they will fit your needs better unless you MUST have an iPhone. Hope my small input helped!

LOL!!! A phone always comes first in my book. I would never put any tablet over a phone that I use every hour. I don't care if the iPad has 8 cpu cores, thinner than a credit card, or 4 gigs of memory. It's still a 10 inch tablet. And Apple knows this.
Apple knows that if they release a smaller iPad a good percentage will not buy an iPhone. Or if they increase the iPhone size you would not buy an iPad. And if they release a full blown OS on the iPad they would not sale laptops. It's a vicious circle that benefits Apple, not the consumer. I really hope I'm wrong. I would love to have a smaller more portable iPad or a larger iPhone. But I would not buy both; and Apple knows it.

Nice to come back from lunch and see all these replies. Seems a few of you are in both camps. the biggest thing I'd miss from my iPad would be the ease of reading if I were to get rid of it and the LTE.

Also, if I do return it does the money go back onto my card or could I get cash back?

I'm not sure if anyone said this but why not keep the iPad and get a regular feature phone with a pay as you go plan.

Thanks for all the input fellas, looks like most of you place the iPhone before the iPad. I think I would have to go with a prepaid or something because I can't do a $40 plan + data + texting, which I'd want if I had anything other than a dumb phone.
