lol. you won't get ICS for a good long months...

That's not obvious. Samsung has been working with Google on ICF for quite a while now so they might be prepared to update it for SGSII quickly. US carriers is a different matter though.

I tried using my brother's iPhone 4 coming from my Samsung GSII and it was horrible browsing the web. I'm sorry but it felt so restrictive relative to my experience with the GSII.

I also played a HD youtube clip on both and the iPhone looks so washed out in comparison.

The iPhone is a beautiful device, but I couldn't live with it's smaller screen personally. The GSII isn't bad looking either IMO. It has a much smaller bezel so that the screen to size ratio is pretty impressive.

Not to mention that the GSII is much cheaper than the iPhone.

It depends on the person really which they like; one person may say that IOS is too restrictive, while another may prefer its "simplicity" and find the more customizable Andriod OS too complicated.

And remember that the GSII actually plays flash.

I have both Atrix and iPhone 4s. The graph only shows Atrix running 2.2.1. With 2.3.4 on the Atrix web browsing is super fast. Loads some pages faster than the 4S. Many sites are iPhone specific like CNN Espn msnbc so the iPhone 4s loads those pages faster.

Anyways I have two separate phone lines and AT&T Samsung s2 prices are starting to drop on Craigslist. I could have picked up one practically new for $425 this week. They were going unlocked on eBay for over $700 last month.

Once the 30 day return policy expires on these Samsung AT&T S2, and people start having buyers remorse, I am going to try to grab an S2 for less than $350.

Say one thing but Android phones even very nice ones like the S2 do not retain their resell value like the iPhone.

The S2 won't really show its full power until ice cream is updated so u can use both cores. Right now 2.3 uses one core. At issue is Samsungs lack of timely software updates in the USA. S2 owners with AT&T probably won't get ice cream until 6-7 months after Nexus Prime is available. That's how slow Samsung is.

Just saw the Ice Cream Sandwich presentation and it seems like ill be sticking to this..
